Jujitsu Federation (India) serves as a national governing body for official jujitsu and beltwrestlin in India and represents to the Asian Jujitsu Beltwrestling Federation (recognised by Olympic Council Asia) and South Asian Jujitsu Beltwrestling Federation. The technical council has formulated a “Minimum Common Program” Which is based on international guidelines and requirements; these are taught to instructors who have experience in other martial arts and have knowledge of strikes, and kicks these instructors are considered as" technically qualified person "to teach students. A training program is conducted along with few students who also have knowledge in the martial art they practice.

After the instructor has knowledge of the jujitsu techniques taught he / she is allowed to appear for grading conducted by grading council. This motivates the instructors to teach jujitsu to their students. There is not requirement that the new member must have jujitsu knowledge or have international membership / affiliations etc. We coach new members in techniques of jujitsu, refereeing & judging for competitions as per AJJBWF rules.

The Technical council and referee / judge council holds camps at regular intervals to train the coaches / instructor at districts / states and national levels and promoting deserving persons to international level.
